Job Summary
Lead Teacher responsible for planning, leading, and delivering engaging learning experiences for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers; implement the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum with flexibility to adapt to individual needs; ensure a safe, nurturing environment; maintain proactive family communication via mobile apps and in-person discussions; collaborate with center staff to drive retention, enrollment, and engagement; model professional behavior and foster warm relationships with families and colleagues. Must meet state-specific guidelines, be at least 18, and hold a High School Diploma or GED (ECE coursework preferred); position requires a flexible schedule (6:30am–6:30pm) at our Cypress, TX location.
