Job Summary
Lead Teacher at The Learning Experience leads classroom activities and mentors other educators, implements the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum across infants to preschool, ensures a safe and nurturing environment, communicates with families about child progress, and collaborates with center staff to drive retention, enrollment, and engagement. Must meet state guidelines, have a high school diploma or GED (ECE coursework preferred), be 18+, and bring extended childcare leadership experience. Immunizations and health/safety training required.
