Job Summary
Lead Teacher for the Founding The Goddard School of South Charlotte in Charlotte, NC. Create a safe, engaging classroom environment and support literacy, social-emotional development, and kindergarten readiness through play, exploration, and meaningful experiences. Collaborate with Assistant Teachers and leadership to maintain health, safety, and licensing standards, while helping children build confidence and independence. Required Qualifications
- Must meet North Carolina licensing requirements
- Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or related field
- CDA credential
- Relevant preschool or Pre-K experience
- Enrollment in an Early Childhood Education program
