Job Summary
Maintain a positive and healthy learning environment while facilitating developmentally appropriate curriculum to promote the physical and intellectual development of children in the 2-year-old room. Work Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, demonstrating patience, compassion, and the ability to communicate effectively with co-teachers and parents. This temporary full-time role is located at Lutheran Home in Wauwatosa, WI, a workplace voted Top Workplace from 2020 to 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of courses for certification in child care education
- High school graduate or equivalent (GED)
- Must be available Monday - Friday
- Must be available 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

- Ability to communicate with parents
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education
- Level 5 or higher on the Wisconsin Registry
