Job Summary
Create fun, interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers while leading classroom management and curriculum implementation. Care for preschool children by promoting their social, physical, and intellectual growth, ensuring adherence to all licensing guidelines and company standards. Communicate sincerely with enrolled and prospective families to support the center's success. This full-time role offers Monday-Friday scheduling, bi-weekly or daily pay options ranging from $17.69 to $20.65, plus health insurance, education assistance, and a 401K match.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans
- The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements
- The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
- Be at least 18
