Lead Teacher (Program Facilitator)

Facilitate three core program components for cohorts of youth ages 15–19: a four-week daily workshop on critical thinking and resource management, weekly Friday seminars during the internship phase, and a final week where participants synthesize experiences into personal goals. Build authentic relationships with resistant young people, assess individual learning styles, and tailor instruction to maximize engagement. Conduct pre- and post-assessments on schedule, enter weekly data into Salesforce, and devise creative strategies to address diverse student needs. Collaborate with staff to develop individualized goals, conduct school visits, attend court appearances, and connect students to resources. Maintain a positive organizational culture by setting behavioral tone, welcoming visitors, and upholding office policies.
