Job Summary
Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum while planning engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development in PreK/Preschool students. Monitor individual student progress and document development milestones. Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times and lead innovative learning activities that foster growth. Create a harmonious environment where children and fellow teachers enjoy coming to each day. Interact with parents and other staff members to maintain strong communication. This role requires a CDA/AA or Bachelor's degree, 2-5 years of experience, and state-specific certification. Competitive pay ranges from $23.00 to $30.00 per hour, with a $1500 sign-on bonus paid in two installments.
