Job Summary
Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum, plan engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assess student progress. Lead innovative learning experiences while ensuring the safety and well-being of children at all times. Monitor individual development and document progress for each student. Create a harmonious environment where children and fellow teachers enjoy coming to each day. This role requires a CDA or AA, with a Bachelor's degree preferred, and 2-5 years of experience. Strong communication skills and patience are essential.
