Job Summary
Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum, plan engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assess student progress. Help lead innovative learning activities that foster children's growth while ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Monitor individual development to document progress and create a harmonious environment where children and fellow teachers thrive. This role requires a CDA/AA, 2-5 years of experience, and strong communication skills to interact with parents and staff. We offer a $1500 sign-on bonus, competitive pay ranging from $23 to $30 per hour, and childcare tuition discounts.
