Lead Teacher - PreK/Preschool

Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum, plan engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assess student progress. Lead innovative learning activities while ensuring the safety and well-being of children at all times. Monitor children's development and document their progress to support individual growth. Create a harmonious environment where children and fellow teachers enjoy coming to each day. This role requires a CDA/AA, 2-5 years of experience, and strong communication skills with parents and staff. Competitive pay ranges from $23.00 to $30.00 per hour, with a $1500 sign-on bonus paid in two installments.
