Lead Teacher- NJ

Lead classroom instruction using the Mind and Body Matters curriculum while carrying out daily lesson plans. Assist in creating a safe, structured, and positive learning environment for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years. Communicate professionally with parents, children, and team members to support a collaborative culture. Utilize technology to document and deliver child progress reports, exhibiting empathy toward children's emotions and parents' needs. Present age-appropriate expectations and remain creative, passionate, and engaged in your work. This role requires a CDA or Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education with at least two years of licensed childcare experience, plus CPR and First Aid certification. Hourly rate ranges from $19.06 to $23.51.
