Job Summary
Lead innovative learning activities that promote children's development and growth while ensuring the safety and well-being of children at all times. Monitor children's progress and development, then create a harmonious environment where children and fellow teachers enjoy coming to each day. Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum following Montessori pedagogy to promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth. This role requires a CDA and 2-5 years of experience, with a competitive hourly pay range of $18.00 to $23.00.
