Job Summary
Lead innovative learning activities that promote toddler development and growth while ensuring the safety and well-being of children at all times. Monitor individual student progress and development, then create a harmonious environment where both children and fellow teachers enjoy coming to school. Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum following Montessori pedagogy to foster cognitive, social, and emotional growth. Maintain a supportive work environment that encourages collaboration and creativity among staff.
