Job Summary
Lead innovative learning activities that promote children's development and growth while ensuring the safety and well-being of students at all times. Monitor individual progress and development to document student advancement, creating a harmonious environment where children and fellow teachers thrive. Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum following Montessori pedagogy to foster cognitive, social, and emotional growth. This role requires a CDA or Montessori Certification, 2–5 years of experience, and strong communication skills for interacting with parents and staff.
