Lead innovative learning activities that promote children's development and growth while ensuring the safety and well-being of students at all times. Monitor individual progress and document development to support age-appropriate curriculum implementation following Montessori pedagogy. This role requires a CDA, Montessori certification, and 2-5 years of experience in Early Childhood education.
