Lead Teacher, Mansfield Montessori at Walnut Creek

Lead the classroom by following licensing guidelines and school standards to ensure the daily care of every child. Develop observation and assessment skills to plan for children while communicating effectively with families. Implement the Montessori curriculum with mentor assistance to facilitate engaging interactive learning experiences. Complete ongoing professional development on Montessori pedagogy and early childhood development topics. This role requires at least 18 years of age, experience in a licensed child care center or Montessori school, and a high school diploma with a bachelor's degree in early childhood education preferred.
