Job Summary
Conduct infant and pre-k classroom instruction, manage daily routines, and lead a teaching family in a full-time role. Maintain PDIS Level 3.0 credentials and all required training certificates while ensuring a nurturing, play-based environment for children. Work flexible schedules with no nights or weekends, supporting long-term career growth within our family-owned business.
Required Qualifications
- PDIS Level 3.0 Credentials
- all required PDIS Training Certificates
- Early Childhood Qualified Teacher
- 1 year minimum working with infants
- two 3-semester credit hours from accredited university or college on the care of infants (ECE 101 and ECE 111)
- positive and reliable work ethic
- passion for working with children

- problem-solving ability
- previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields
