Job Summary
The Lead Teacher Level I is responsible for delivering quality instruction and overseeing classroom culture for 4-year-old Universal Prekindergarten students. The role includes developing lesson plans, leading classroom activities, supervising staff, and maintaining communication with parents. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, at least 2 years of teaching experience, and relevant certifications. The position requires a commitment to creating a supportive learning environment and meeting individual children's needs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Enrolled in a qualified graduate program for Early Childhood Education
- DOE/DOI/PETS Fingerprint Clearance
- CBC Clearance
- SCR clearance
- Child Abuse and Maltreatment certificate
- Infectious Disease Certificate
- Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
