Job Summary
Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers and take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation. Care for preschool children by promoting their social, physical, and intellectual growth, ensuring adherence to all licensing guidelines and company standards. Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support the center's success. This role requires experience leading classrooms, meeting state education requirements, and engaging in physical activity indoors or outdoors. Monday-Friday work week with bi-weekly or daily pay options. Full-time employees receive comprehensive health insurance, education assistance, and 401K matching.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans
- The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements
- The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
- Be at least 18
