Lead Teacher

Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers. Care for preschool children by promoting their social, physical, and intellectual growth. Take the lead on classroom management, curriculum implementation, and adherence to licensing guidelines and company standards. Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement and support the center's success. This role requires at least 18 years of experience leading classrooms and creating educational lesson plans, meeting state and center education requirements, and engaging in physical activity indoors or outdoors.
