Job Summary
Lead Teacher responsible for creatingFun, interactive learning experiences; mentor fellow teachers; promote social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children; take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation; ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards; communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support child achievement. Requires experience leading a classroom, meeting state education requirements, and ability to work indoors/outdoors with children. Salary ranges from $17.36 to $18.03 per hour with bi-weekly and daily pay options; includes health insurance, PTO, 401K, and education assistance. Monday–Friday schedule in Parkville, MD.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans
- Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements
- Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
- Must be at least 18 years old
