Job Summary
Lead Teacher at a child care center responsible for creating fun, interactive learning experiences, mentoring fellow teachers, leading classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards. Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support child achievement and center success. Requires experience leading a classroom, ability to meet state education requirements, and capability to work indoors or outdoors with children.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans
- The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements
- The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
- At least 18 years old
