Job Summary
As a Lead Teacher, you will create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers and taking charge of classroom management and curriculum implementation. You will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children and build sincere relationships with families to support their children's achievement. Ideal candidates are energetic, dependable, and passionate individuals who meet state education requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
- The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
- The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
