Job Summary
Lead Teacher responsible for developing engaging, interactive learning experiences for preschool children, mentoring fellow teachers, managing the classroom, implementing curriculum aligned with licensing guidelines and company standards, and building strong relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support the center’s success. Must have classroom leadership experience, ability to design lesson plans, and meet state education requirements and center requirements; able to engage in both indoor and outdoor activities with children.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans
- Ability to meet state education requirements and childcare center requirements
- Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
