Lead Teacher

Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers. Care for the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class. Take the lead on classroom management, curriculum implementation, and adherence to licensing guidelines and company standards. Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to promote child achievement and support the center's success. You must be energetic and dependable, at least 18 years old, with experience leading classrooms and developing educational lesson plans. Meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements. Engage in physical activity with children both indoors and outdoors.
