Job Summary
Lead Teacher responsible for developing fun, interactive learning experiences, mentoring fellow Teachers, taking classroom leadership on management and curriculum implementation, ensuring licensing guidelines and company standards, and communicating with enrolled and prospective families to support child achievement and center success.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans
- Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements
- Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
- At least 18 years old
