Job Summary
As a Lead Teacher, you will create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers. You will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children and take charge of classroom management and curriculum implementation. Building sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families will be essential to promote achievement for the children and support the center's success.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
- The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
- The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
