Job Summary
Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers. Care for preschool children by promoting their social, physical, and intellectual growth. Call the shots on classroom management, curriculum implementation, and licensing guidelines. Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support the center's success. This role requires experience leading classrooms, developing lesson plans, and meeting state education requirements. Candidates must be energetic, dependable, and at least 18 years old.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans
- The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements
- The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
