Lead Teacher - INTERNAL CANDIDATES ONLY

Lead Teacher role for experienced LEEEC teachers who will continue in their current classroom while taking on leadership responsibilities. The position includes 30–32 hours per week in the classroom plus 4–6 hours per week dedicated to leadership tasks such as supervision, coaching, onboarding support, classroom observations, and meetings with leadership. The role aims to strengthen communication, consistency, and peer support across the teaching team; salary consists of the current hourly rate plus a $1.50/hour lead stipend. Must be currently employed as a Teacher at LEEEC in good standing and demonstrate strong classroom practice, reliability, and effective communication to support other teachers.
