Job Summary
Lead infants in a nurturing, joyful space by crafting an engaging, age-perfect curriculum and designing daily schedules that balance quiet time, active adventures, and motor-skill challenges. Collaborate with fellow teachers to guide play with toys and language while ensuring safety, then share daily updates with parents to turn tiny moments into cherished wins. Model kindness and social skills to support lifelong success while maintaining a positive, growth-filled environment. This role requires immediate start eligibility, a high school diploma, state preschool lead teacher certification, and previous preschool lead teacher experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years old
- Meets all state preschool lead teacher requirements
- Experience rocking it as an infant teacher
- Flexible and ready to shine during business hours
- Child Development Associate (CDA) or a college degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or related field
- Previous preschool lead teacher experience (a must!)
