Job Summary
Lead infants in a nurturing, joyful environment by crafting a daily schedule that balances quiet snuggles, active adventures, and motor-skill challenges. Collaborate with fellow teachers to design an engaging, age-perfect curriculum and guide play with toys and language to spark curiosity while maintaining safety. Share daily updates with parents to highlight milestones and model kindness to support social development. Requires at least 18 years old, a high school diploma, state preschool lead teacher certification, and previous preschool lead teacher experience. Full-time role with immediate start in Natick, MA.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years old
- Meets all state preschool lead teacher requirements
- Experience rocking it as an infant teacher
- Flexible and ready to shine during business hours
- Child Development Associate (CDA) or a college degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or related field
- Previous preschool lead teacher experience (a must!)
