Job Summary
Lead Teacher in One Year Old Classroom responsible for developing and implementing engaging lesson plans for 1-year-olds, creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment, observing and assessing children's progress with regular feedback to parents, fostering positive relationships with children, families, and staff, ensuring health and safety compliance, collaborating with other teachers to enhance curriculum and activities, participating in ongoing professional development, managing classroom behavior, and promoting positive social interactions; requires completion of basic Early Childhood Education classes, at least 6 months of experience with infants/toddlers, CPR and First Aid certification, strong communication and teamwork skills, knowledge of child development principles, and background check clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Completed basic classes in Early Childhood Education
- Minimum of 6 months of experience working with infants or toddlers in a childcare setting
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
