Job Summary
Lead Teacher at The Goddard School coordinates the daily operations of assigned classes, plans, presents, and evaluates educational and recreational activities for childcare in a safe environment, and works directly with children and parents to provide quality customer service. You will observe children’s interests and collaborate with other teachers to develop an engaging curriculum, communicate with parents daily through various channels, and support the director by ensuring classroom success and adherence to ratios. Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred

- Meets background check eligibility
