Follow weekly plans based on Creative Curriculum Guidelines and monthly themes while meeting individual children's needs through interaction that supports play, exploration, and learning. Design appropriate room arrangements to support developmental goals and present age-appropriate expectations. Create a positive learning environment where children develop self-esteem and social skills. Use assessment tools and observations to track individual child development and commit to continuing education. Communicate professionally with parents and fellow staff.
