Lead Teacher - Early Childhood Education

Lead daily classroom routines, activities, and learning experiences while implementing The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum. Create developmentally appropriate activities supporting cognitive, language, physical, and social-emotional growth, and establish a safe, organized, welcoming environment. Guide assistant teachers to maintain consistency, observe child development, communicate with families, and support positive behavior and transitions. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to Illinois childcare licensing, health, and safety requirements. Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule with competitive pay of $18–$19.25 per hour.
