Job Summary
Lead Teacher position at a childcare/early education center. Responsibilities include developing fun, interactive learning experiences; mentoring fellow Teachers; leading classroom management and curriculum implementation; ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards; and building relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support child achievement. Requires experience leading a classroom, ability to meet state education and childcare requirements, the ability to work indoors or outdoors with children, and being at least 18 years old.
Required Qualifications
