Job Summary
As a Lead Teacher, you will create interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers, promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children, and manage classroom operations along with curriculum implementation. You'll build relationships with families and ensure adherence to licensing guidelines and company standards. Candidates should have classroom leadership experience, meet educational requirements, and engage physically with children.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
- The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
- The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
