Job Summary
As a Lead Teacher, you will create and develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers. You'll promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children, manage classrooms, and implement curriculum in accordance with licensing guidelines and company standards. Strong communication skills are essential for building relationships with families to support children’s achievement.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans
- The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements
- The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
