Job Summary
As a Lead Teacher, you will create interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers and promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children. You will take charge of classroom management and curriculum implementation, ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards. Building relationships with families to support child achievement and center success is also key.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans
- The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements
- The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
