Job Summary
Ensure the safety and supervision of children ages 6 weeks to 12 years in an assigned classroom while creating developmentally appropriate curriculum according to NAEYC standards. Curate programs and activities based on children's interests and learning styles to maintain a warm, clean environment where kids can grow and explore. Partner with families to create individualized care and education plans, providing effective communication regarding each child's progress. This full-time role requires an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education, one year of licensed facility experience, and adherence to state employment criteria. No evenings or weekends are scheduled.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education/related field
- Must meet state criteria for child care employment
- Ability to work within regular operating hours

- 1 year of experience in a licensed child care facility
