Job Summary
Assist and supervise children during all activities, develop and maintain positive communication with parents, and participate in developing classroom activities. Implement appropriate behavior management techniques and individualize classroom instruction to prepare participating children to be successful in school. Ensure center compliance with Federal and State laws and regulations. Requires a CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education with at least one year of experience. Required Qualifications
- Child Development Associate (CDA) or a degree in Early Childhood Education or related fields
- Minimum of one year of experience in early childhood development
- Ability to carry 20-35 lbs.
