Job Summary
Lead Teacher for a Reggio-inspired early childhood program in Albuquerque, NM. Responsible for fostering relationships as the foundation of learning, guiding play-based exploration, and delivering developmentally appropriate experiences across infants, toddlers, preschoolers, Pre-K, and school-age children. Required Qualifications
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- The ability to pass required background checks
- Early Childhood Education coursework, credentials, degrees, or active enrollment in an ECE program are strongly valued
- Experience working with children in a childcare, preschool, educational, camp, or related setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
