Lead Teacher Assistant - PreK and below

Implement lessons plans including instructional groups per teacher's direction and assist in planning and developing classroom instructional materials. Administer assessments, monitor program progress, and document academic findings through authentic observations and data collection. Utilize behavior techniques, ensure consistent implementation of classroom management strategies, and perform teacher duties in absence. Provide caretaking and housekeeping duties as needed while maintaining positive staff and parent interactions. Ensure administration is informed of all concerns and maintain compliance with UCP, HIPAA, NAEYC, and state/federal guidelines. Attend required trainings, meetings, and events to stay current on best practices.
