Job Summary
Lead daily activities and implement age-appropriate lessons using Wonder of Learning® curriculum to support each child’s growth in a dedicated 2-year-old classroom. Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment; communicate with families about child progress; ensure health and safety per licensing standards; participate in ongoing professional development; observe and document children’s learning to inform activities and share insights with families; collaborate with Assistant and Resource Teachers to foster a positive team environment; model positive guidance to support social-emotional development.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- CDA preferred
- 1-2 years of experience with young children in licensed childcare/preschool
- state-required pre-service training
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
