Job Summary
The Lead Systems Technician role involves the installation and servicing of integrated systems including Burg and Fire Alarm Systems, Access Control, and Video. Candidates should possess strong technical aptitude and effective interpersonal skills, with responsibilities including troubleshooting high-end integrated systems, assisting in design and compliance with local and state building codes, and training less experienced technicians. A high school diploma is required, along with relevant experience in the industry and certifications preferred. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years industry experience preferred
- Minimum of 2-years of fire detection and signaling systems experience
- State licensing is Required
- Must possess a Valid Driver’s License
- Effective communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- ESA Certified Alarm Technician Level 2 or equivalent preferred
- NICET Fire or Video Level 2 - Preferred
- Minimum training/certification checklist required per Technician Career Path OR equivalent experience
