Lead Systems Specialist

Lead Systems Specialist is the on-site project leader responsible for planning, executing, and completing control systems projects including hardware design, software programming, installation coordination, and commissioning. Manages project financials (costs, billings, and collections), pursues change orders, coordinates customer communications, ensures warranty execution, and directs subcontractors and field staff while maintaining compliance with safety standards. Responsible for detailed design/programming per established standards, coordinating material procurement and vendor quotes, overseeing subcontractor payment and billing, providing on-site jobsite coordination of panel and device locations, delivering commissioning and as-built documentation, and training owner/operators. The role requires balancing profitability with customer satisfaction, mentoring technicians and designers, delivering monthly revenue/cost/gross margin forecasts, and spending roughly half time on job sites and half in the office. Travel to job sites is implied by the on-site leadership and commissioning activities, with the job located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
