Job Summary
Lead complex, high-impact initiatives within Wells Fargo CCIBT Platform Management by steering the technology teams through provisioning, change design, and escalations. Drive automated platform activities to minimize manual intervention, mentor less experienced engineers, and serve as a liaison for daily inquiries, problem and incident management, and project delivery. The role emphasizes solving complex technical challenges, ensuring high availability, and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Strong communication, ownership, and ability to define and document data, workflows, interfaces, and controls across multiple systems are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture experience or equivalent
- 5+ years of monitoring tools support for applications built on JAVA or .NET or cloud platforms
- 5+ years of application production support experience
- 3+ years of experience with Web, Application, Database, and Server technologies
- 3+ years of Autosys experience
