Job Summary
Lead the execution of fast-paced engineering projects from concept through production, acting as a key technical advisor to customers and sales to drive server and rack solution adoption. Support pre-sales engagement, translate customer needs into technical solutions, and perform system-level validation, debugging, and customer sample development for successful deployments. Manage end-to-end customer escalations, drive cross-functional collaboration across sales, architecture, and engineering, and deliver technical presentations and training. Own solution delivery (CRD) from design to mass production readiness, maintain lifecycle ownership including firmware/BIOS/BMC tracking, and promote continuous innovation with new technologies. Willingness to travel up to 20% to support global engagements.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field (BSEE/BSCS) or equivalent
- 8+ years of related engineering experience
- Customer-facing experience required
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience with server, storage, and networking systems
- Experience with Linux operating systems and scripting
- Knowledge of firmware/BIOS/BMC and lifecycle management
- Ability to travel up to 20% (domestic and international)
- Ability to lead end-to-end solution delivery from design through production readiness
