Job Summary
Lead Systems Engineer responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing complex systems solutions across engineering disciplines. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical alignment and project success, analyze and troubleshoot complex problems, document solutions, mentor junior engineers, and help drive continuous improvement of engineering processes. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices while providing technical guidance and maintaining clear engineering documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field (preferred), or Bachelor's degree with significant experience
- 5+ years of experience in systems engineering
- Strong understanding of system design principles, system architecture, and integration methodologies
- Proficiency in programming languages relevant to the role (e.g., Python, C++)
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for mentoring and guiding junior engineers
