Job Summary
Execute Emergent Repair programs to resolve complex turbine issues and return units to service, collaborating with Root Cause Analysis to develop long-term corrective actions. Lead technical program teams on system trade-offs and optimizations focused on safety and cost reduction, guiding design decisions for current and new products. Drive down time to return units by identifying and developing programs to optimize product offerings and competitiveness. Manage program requirements from pre-conceptual design through launch, prioritizing risks on safety, quality, delivery, and cost while communicating technical recommendations to internal and external audiences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 2 years of significant experience in Engineering/Technology

- Ability to break down complex issues, determine possible courses of action, and enable effective decision making
- System or product-level mindset
- Conceptual design and/or system-level trade-off experience
- Wind turbine experience in design, installation, operation, maintenance or repairs
- Requirements definition, decomposition, and/or translation experience
- Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
